How we score casinos
Trust Score is designed to make reviews more useful: not just a star rating, but a visible check of licensing, payments, bonus terms, support and evidence.
The short version
We score casinos on a 0-100 scale. The score is editorial and based on documented facts, not just affiliate offers or large bonus headlines.
Trust Score model
| Category | Max | What we check |
|---|---|---|
| Licence and operator | 20 | Visible licence, operating company, regulator and market context. |
| Payments and cashouts | 18 | Deposits, withdrawals, crypto/fiat, minimum cashout and realistic processing time. |
| Bonus terms | 18 | Wagering, max bet, expiry, game contribution and cashout rules. |
| Game library | 14 | Game count, providers, live casino, jackpots and market availability. |
| Support | 12 | Live chat, email, response time and how easy it is to get help. |
| Evidence | 18 | Sources, last fact check, screenshots, full review and partner data. |
Bonus fairness
Bonus fairness is a separate 0-100 check of whether the offer is actually usable. A large welcome package can score poorly if wagering is high, max bet is low or cashout rules are unclear.
- 1.0x-20x wagering improves the score.
- 2.35x is standard, but must be weighed against max bet and expiry.
- 3.45x+ or unknown wagering is treated as a watch item.
- 4.Low max bet during bonus play makes the offer harder to use.
- 5.Unclear withdrawal rules or missing cashout information reduce the score.
Sources and fact checks
When a review has sources, we attach them to the fact panel. Sources can include casino terms, bonus terms, payment pages, licence pages, responsible gambling pages, partner data or our own screenshots from the casino.
- 1.Last fact-checked date should be visible on the review.
- 2.Sources rank higher than unsupported claims.
- 3.Screenshots support the review, but are not the only evidence.
- 4.If a field is not confirmed, the page should tell Canadian players to check the terms or cashier.
What the score does not mean
Trust Score is not a guarantee of winnings, cashouts or identical payment availability for every player. Casinos change terms, country access and campaigns often, so the final source is always the current casino terms.

The casino list and individual reviews now show Trust Score and bonus fairness as separate signals.
